FS#1538 - Quest: Seek the signal - Previous quest completed without starting the next quest

I picked up the last fragment of the soulstone for the quest Seeking the Soulstones and the quest completed without starting the next quest Seek the signal. In addition, the soulstone fragments and Jubeka's Journal was removed from my inventory (probably what should happen when completing the quest). Attached is a screenshot of the quest completion in my chat log.

Hello, next quest is auto rewarded when you complete seeking the soulstones, maybe you hadn't free slot for more quests? or maybe it is any addon. If you can you contact me in discord for helping you please or you tell me your character name. Regards
