FS#1366 - Sarkoth's Mangled Claw dropping from wrong enemy

This item isn't supposed to drop from any enemy but Sarkoth, at 100% chance, while the quest is active.

It can drop from more creatures, you can check it here https://www.wowhead.com/item=4905/sarkoths-mangled-claw and its 100% atm in Sarkoth and maybe for the others creatures too because I improved the quest items drop chance to 100% for creatures/objects in the beggining because a lot of plp were crying for quest low lvl drops being really low if it was blizzlike. So its intentionaded that quest items drop is 100%, if you find quest items which arent 100% you can report me it so I can improve them too. Regards
