Every allied race get his race mount in start,included nightborne. We unlocked allied races to be creaded since begin withouth requeriments but it doesnt mean that you get the suramar quests completed for free. You will have to complete it when you reache lvl 110 like everyone. We arent giving that advantage because you can create allied races withouth requeriments, and in that comment that happens because they had to complete the questlines requerided to unlock allied races…
