cant turn in the quest, yes the npc is there but he doesn't have the quest

¡por fin! a ver, para informar: la quest de [La espada de los reyes] no registra la primera fase y no puedo avanzar desde la llegada a la playa encima de la tumba de tyr, ningun npc aparece en la zona de la mision

Buenos días, tengo que informar que continuando con la profesión de minería y minando las menas de legion he encontrado otra misión de nombre [Pico de minería maltrecho] pero al igual que mi reporte anterior sale como mensaje PREV y no inicia la quest. Tengo que agregar que he intentado borrar cache y relogear pero nada. Espero que puedan arreglar dicha misión a fin de poder continuar con la cadena de quest de la profesión de mineria. Le saludo el Brujo Guldán y el motivo del presente mensaje es a fin de poder reportar que no se aplica el cambio del fuego verde del brujo una vez completado toda la quest, siendo que dentro de mi pasivos de hechizos tengo [El códice de Xerrath] que corrobora el cambio de color de mis hechizos a color verde pero no se aplica. Tengo que indicar que intentado borrar cache y relogear pero no surte efecto. Por otro lado haciendo la indagaciones correspondientes he averiguado que en la zona de valle Sombraluna ubicado en terrallende hay un npc de nombre Jubekka Domasom que se activa una vez que hallas completado la cadena de quest y esta misma permite quitar o aplicar el fuego verde para ello pide 500 de oro y al momento de utilizarlo no aplica cambio alguno. Por lo que solicito ayuda para que se pueda aplicar correctamente el cambio de fuego rojo a verde. Saludos Cordiales. Se adjunta foto del mismo.

Hello, the Throne of Thunder raid is not scripted. Once you enter, if you leave, you cannot re-enter. The platform after the second boss does not collapse, so it is impossible to descend and continue the raid. Additionally, the penultimate boss, once defeated, does not open the door, making it impossible to face the final boss.

On login, world_en moderation privileges are given to me, and I'm able to grant myself ownership of the channel via /owner world_en Rinestel

Did SOME testing, not sure if it works on others, but was able to also /mute world_en Rinestel and was rendered unable to speak, same worked for /unmute.

As seen in the screenshot. This is one of the monsters that can still move and attack even though I already killed it.
