FS#1400 - Mail not showing

I have a mail from Binjy featherwhistle but when i look in my inbox it does not show up ( have tried to logout and in again but it does still not show up ) are playing suvival/hardcore mode where i think it's maybe level up reward

Hello, in survival mode and Nightmare Dungeon mode, mails aren't allowed so noone can send herself gold or items. If you are in one of this modes, you won't can use mail, its a restriction of that modes and its working like intentionaded. In website, menu "Systems" you can check every restriction related to survival mode. Regards
