note: the chance to trigger effect 1 is 7% in Legion instead of 5% displayed in 1st wowhead link - this is confirmed by changelog on wowhead and attached screenshot from Wowaddicts Legion server and client

I've only tested effects 1 and 2, which apply to Guardian spec druid that I play. Effect 1 wrongly consumes buff granted by effect 2 (2nd link) in the same talent activation instance, so whenever the talent is triggered, it automatically casts the "improved" Moonfire and grants 8 rage instead of casting basic Moonfire and granting a buff that would apply to the next Moonfire the player casts. I'm not sure what should happen if the talent triggers again before the buff from previous activation is consumed by the player, but 1 comment in 1st link suggests it should consume the old instance of the buff (the automatic Moonfire would be improved in this case) and apply a new instance of the buff which would be again available for the player to use as they see fit. This would make sense, but I couldn't confirm if this is how it was actually implemented on retail.

FS#1439: Dungeon bot issues

More testing needed, but the dungeon bots seem to not be willing to help in fights against certain dungeon enemies. I've encountered this in Utgarde Pinnacle. At start the bots helped me kill non-elite skeletons and also the first 2 packs of "viking" enemies without issues, but whenever I attacked the abominations (Patchwerk-like mobs), which were the next enemies in the way, the bots refused to engage.

I've tried porting out and back in. I've tried attacking and fighting for quite a while both of the available abominations - 1 can be bypassed, the other one needs to be cleared in order to proceed deeper into the dungeon. I've tried killing other mobs (the 2nd pack of "vikings") in between the abomination attempts to confirm the bots were still working, and they worked fine on those, but still not on the abominations.

I was doing the dungeon as a tank - guardian druid. I haven't tried doing it as other specs and I also haven't tried other dungeons yet.

Not sure what rules currently control the bots, but at the very least the bots should attack anything the player is in combat with, preferably player's target if it exists, and the healer bot should definitely heal the player if player is taking damage (my healer bot would have let me as a tank die to those abominations if I were not able to heal myself until I gave up and ported out of dungeon to save my life, although it healed me ok on the other mob packs - skeletons and vikings).

FS#1438: Player XP gained from gathering herbs and mining

Player XP gained from gathering herbs and mining needs adjustments - it's way too low at the moment and doesn't even seem to work for herb gathering beyond herbalism skill level 51. I think the herbalism issue is related to the fact that even quite high-level herbs stop giving skill-ups long before they should, and this in turn is likely related to item/object level settings in database + possibly wrong formulas for calculation of skill point gains and player XP.

This is the best resource/description I could find on the topic of player XP from herb gathering and mining so far, but more research will likely be needed in order to get the system working in a Blizzlike fashion (most notably it'll be necessary to find and implement correct levels for each herb and ore node and items they can yield):
https://wowwiki-archive.fandom.com/wiki/Formulas:Gather_XP

Herbalism nodes need skill level adjustments - they stop granting skill-ups way too early. My herbalism profession is at skill 51 and I'm no longer getting skill-ups from any herbs in Vanilla zones (one should be able to get to at least skill 300 in the Vanilla "endgame" zones gathering Mountain Silversage and other high-level Vanilla herbs). I've also tried Felweed, which is first TBC herb one encounters after entering Outland, but that doesn't give skill-ups at skill level 51 either. I'm heading to Northrend now, so I'll report in comments if I find any herbs that still let me level herbalism.
Quest can't be completed because Bloodpetal Sprout objects don't drop the quest items.
I've opened a lot of the Bloodpetal Sprout objects to make sure it's not just an RNG loot problem like what many other objects on this server seem to have, where object loot is sometimes empty (mining nodes, herbalism nodes, archeology, quest objects etc.), and I've also tried farming the Bloodpetal Sprouts from various mobs in the zone while questing to check for potential other sources (there shouldn't be any as far as I know).
Quest doesn't work and won't load unable to see the zone or anything like that, can't see Thrall to continue the quest. The Murloc in the area for the quest Uniting the Shattered Amulet just gives you the amulet without having the quest and doesn't really do anything, but you can also spam receive the item doesn't do anything tho.
If the first battle pet on player's team is dead, it still enters battle when the player starts a match (for example against a wild pet). This makes no sense, it should automatically be skipped and the next pet on player's team should be used instead. And if all pets on player's team are dead, it shouldn't be possible to start a match at all.

I've fought a lvl 5 frog with my lvl 5 raven. My team had 3 pets on it, all lvl 5, but only the raven participated, so the other 2 pets shouldn't be getting any XP in this case (and they indeed didn't get any XP, so the issue isn't caused by XP being split). Defeating the frog awarded my raven 23 XP. This is way too little - based on the formula on the provided website, it should have gained (5 + 9) * (5 - 5 + 5) * 1 = 14 * 5 = 70 XP. Of course, in a more complex battle situation the formula alone isn't enough to calculate XP for each pet correctly, so please refer to the provided website (and possibly other sources) for more detailed info on the XP calculation in specific scenarios.
